The process was easy from start to finish. The given criteria and suggested examples helped to structure our digital journey and evidence pack. Submission was straightforward and quick, and the validators were supportive, friendly and eager to understand the digital journey of the school. They were keen to speak with pupils, interacting with a warm, interested nature. The award report was fair, giving easily achievable next steps. I recommend this process to all schools.
